All orders are shipped via UPS from our studio in Buffalo, NY. Please keep in mind that we make everything for you at the time that you order it. This takes about 10-14 business days. Shipping time is added to this production time.

Shipping to Canada:

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post from Toronto, ON. Please keep in mind that we make everything for you at the time that you order it. This takes about 10-14 business days. Shipping time is added to this production time.

International Orders

We ship international packages via USPS priority mail international, because it is the most affordable option that is also reliable and trackable. Packages arrive on average in 6-10 days to 190 destinations. This option costs $35.

We are required to indicate the contents and value of our international shipments on customs forms. Any import duties or VAT charges are additional costs, so please be aware of your country's importing laws.

Returns/Exchanges

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery with all original tags attached. To make a return, please email returns@tigerlillyjewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We will issue you a return authorization number. We regret that we can not accept returns after the wedding date.
