We want you to love your Tigerlilly jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. We go to great lengths to ensure that you love your jewelry. We will happily alter sizes and colors upon request!

Return Policy

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery with all original tags attached. To make a return, please email returns@tigerlillyjewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We will issue you a return authorization number. We regret that we can not accept returns after the wedding date.
