FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What materials do you use in your designs?
We only use genuine Swarovski stones and pearls, the finest quality crystals in the world. All of our designs are made of brass metal dipped in rhodium (silver finish), 14k gold (gold finish) or 14k rose gold (rose gold finish.) All of our jewelry is nickel free. Earring posts are made of surgical steel.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our jewelry is handmade in our studio in Miami, FL. It usually takes about 5 days for us to make your order – shipping time will be in addition to this production time. Shipping by first class mail typically arrives to the US in 2-3 days. Shipping to Canada typically takes about a week to 10 days, and the rest of the world can take up to 2-3 weeks or more.
Is it possible to rush my order? I need it right away.
Yes, we are used to working with tight deadlines! Please email us at email@example.com to see about rushing your order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We understand it’s difficult to know how something is going to look on you and with your dress until it’s all tried on together. We accept returns on everything and we are not happy unless you are. To make a return, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns should be made within 30 days of receipt of your jewelry.
Do you make custom designs?
Since everything is handmade here in our studio, it’s easy for us to customize things like size or length, or make small design changes like using different crystal or pearl colors. There is never a customization fee for small design changes. At this time, we do not create completely custom designs.
Do you offer clip on earrings?
Yes, we do have clip on options for several of our earring designs. Please email us at email@example.com for specific inquiries.
I can’t decide on what to order. Can you help me choose?
Yes! We LOVE styling our brides, and we would be very happy to help you come up with the perfect look for your wedding day. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started, and send a picture of your wedding dress (or the designer and style name/number) as well as some details about your wedding.
