Frequently asked questions

What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

All of our jewelry is made by hand in our studio in Miami, FL.  The crystals and rhinestones we use are Swarovski crystal components.  The pearls we use are either Swarovski crystal pearls or natural freshwater pearls.  (Most designs give you the option to choose your pearl type and color.)  Filigrees, chains and clasps are brass with gold, silver or rhodium plating.  Ear wires and posts are sterling silver unless otherwise indicated in the description.

When will my order ship?

Items that are made to order will ship about a week from the order date. Shipping time must be added to this production time.  If you need an order sooner, email us - we might have what you need in stock!

Do you ship internationally?

We do!  It’s a rare day that we are not shipping at least one package overseas. We have found that the United States Postal Service offers the most
affordable shipping options.  We offer a flat first class rate of $12.

First class international shipping

Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.  It typically takes between 7 and 14 days for international packages to arrive.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Tigerlilly jewelry.  We understand that it can be difficult to know whether a piece is going to work until you’re trying it on with your dress. Therefore, we do accept returns on all of our items (except final clearance sale items) for a full refund or exchange.

To make a return, email us at tigerlillygirls@gmail.com, so we know to expect it. You must email us and send the item(s) back within 21 days of receipt.  After we receive the return we will credit your card or send you a coupon code for an exchange.  (The default is crediting your card, we’ll only send a coupon code if you’d like to do an exchange instead.)

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns after the wedding date.

In the unlikely event that an item breaks (either during shipping or normal wear), we will happily either fix the piece or send you a new one.  We have been in business since 2002, and every instance of an item breaking is investigated. We have changed and tweaked designs over the years to use components that we trust to be durable and stand the test of time.

Are there any coupon codes available?

If any other promotions are going on, it will be in a banner at the top of the website.

How is your jewelry packaged?

Our designs ship in white gift boxes with a Tigerlilly logo.

There was a design on your site that I wanted to order, but now it’s gone.  Is it still available?

We are always adding new items to the site, and from time to time we also retire
them.  You may certainly email us at tigerlillygirls@gmail.com to see if an item is still available.
